Exploring The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Counselling Self-Efficacy among Counselling Students at Private Universities in Klang Valley, Malaysia

With the rising awareness of mental health issues among Malaysians, our country needs more competent professionals nowadays. Therefore, in process developing a counsellor, training counselling students must be taken seriously to increase their self-efficacy, which involves emotional and spiritual intelligence components. This study investigates relationship predictive variables between Emotional Intelligence (EI), Spiritual (SI) Counselling Self-Efficacy (CSE) at private universities Klang Valley, Malaysia.
